Real solutions, real technology stacks, real outcomes — see how we work and what we build

Multicloud IoT sensor monitoring platform

A high-load streaming application processing real-time metrics from seven sensor systems, built on Kubernetes and deployable across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Hetzner

What we built

A multicloud Kubernetes platform that ingests, processes, and visualizes data from seven types of edge sensors in real time. The architecture uses cloud-native components of each provider — no vendor lock-in.

  • Real-time data fusion from all sensor types
  • Cloud-native messaging (Kinesis / Event Hubs / Pub/Sub)
  • Managed databases and object storage per cloud
  • MQTT brokering and IoT ingestion pipelines
  • VPN connectivity to field cabinets
  • Full Terraform provisioning for all environments
  • Monitoring, alerting, and observability stack

Platform practice

Infrastructure stack
Kubernetes — EKS / AKS / GKE / bare-metal
Terraform — all infrastructure as code
Helm — service packaging and deployment
GitHub Actions — CI/CD pipeline
Edge sensors integrated
Kistler Lineas + KiTraffic — WIM and classification
CAMMRA ANPR — license plate recognition
DataFromSky FLOW — video analytics
smartmicro UMRR-11 — radar detection
Siemens S7-1500 PLC — OPC UA control
Arduino Opta — environmental telemetry

Support team preparation and operations handover

We set up monitoring, map the service landscape, and prepare a support team that takes over day-to-day operations of your solution

What we deliver

  • Service landscape discovery — mapping all components, dependencies, and data flows
  • Monitoring and alerting setup — Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, PagerDuty
  • Runbook creation — incident response procedures for every component
  • Support team onboarding — training on the specific system and its operational patterns
  • Escalation matrix and SLA definition
  • Automation of routine operations and maintenance tasks
Handover process
Discovery — map service landscape and dependencies Week 1-2
Monitoring — deploy observability stack Week 2-3
Runbooks — document all operational procedures Week 3-4
Training — hands-on sessions with support team Week 4-5
Shadow — support team operates with our backup Week 5-6
